Be part of the action! Our trampoline marshals are responsible for actively observing and engaging with customers, ensuring the safety of each visitor during their time at Bounce. You’ll interact with plenty of children and adults too, so an outgoing personality goes a long way!
Our café team ensure a welcoming environment, and make sure all of our jumpers stay hydrated and energised; preparing and selling hot and cold food and beverages and cleaning tables. You’ll need an energetic mindset and excellent customer service skills!
Manager on Duty
The MOD directs and oversees all functions of the trampoline park including: implementing policy, maintaining a safe and functional environment whilst monitoring daily operations. Ultimately, the goals of the position are visitor safety and security, team building and leadership, operational efficiency.
Are you a fan of parties? Our party host team leads and looks after our Bounce birthday guests of honour to ensure the smooth delivery of the party, including setting up tables, serving food and drinks, and making sure everyone is having a good time!
Our receptionists lead the line; welcoming our visitors, processing and making bookings, and inducting all bouncers. The ideal receptionist will have good communication, organisation, customer care skills, and a friendly smile!
Our sales team are the first point of contact for bookings and information, both over the phone and face-to-face. If you have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality as well as a drive to succeed to hit daily and monthly targets, you’ll be an ideal candidate as a sales team member!
